Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Glutide (the “Application”), developed by Serious Business Software LLC (“Serious Business,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

Glutide is not medical advice and is not a medical device. The Application is a personal tracking and informational tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, it does not suggest or adjust medication doses, and it does not replace your prescriber, dietitian or any other healthcare professional.

Nutrition values produced by AI meal analysis from a photo or description are estimates and may be inaccurate. Patterns the Application shows, such as the day after a dose on which side effects tend to appear, or a link between stomach symptoms and higher-fat days, are descriptive summaries of what you logged. They are not medical findings.

Always follow the instructions of your healthcare provider about your medication, your dose and your diet. If you have severe or worrying symptoms, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services right away. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of anything shown in the Application.

License and Apple’s Standard EULA

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to use it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict, except for the Medical Disclaimer above, which always applies.

Pricing and What Is Free

Glutide is free to download. The following are free forever: dose, side effect, weight and water tracking, food search and logging, and progress charts and insights.

Every install includes 10 free AI meal analyses (by photo or by description). A free analysis is just as accurate as a paid one, and an analysis that fails or finds no food does not count toward the 10.

Glutide Pro Subscription

Each AI meal analysis costs us money to run on a server, so unlimited analysis requires Glutide Pro, an auto-renewing subscription available as a weekly, monthly or yearly plan (with a free trial for eligible new subscribers). Prices are shown in the Application before you buy and vary by region.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
  • If you are in a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • To restore a previous purchase on a new or reinstalled device, use Restore Purchases in the Application’s Settings.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

Fair Use

To keep the analysis service available to everyone and to prevent abuse, a fair-use daily limit on AI meal analyses applies to each install, including installs with Glutide Pro. You agree not to use the Application or its analysis service in an automated way, to circumvent these limits, or to interfere with the service.

Your Data

Your log is stored only on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any data on it. Because we do not store your log, we cannot restore it if it is lost, for example if you delete the Application. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability of the Analysis Service

AI meal analysis requires an internet connection and depends on our server and its providers. We try to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or limit it when needed to keep it working.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application and the analysis service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serious Business Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcome or other loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Application, including any reliance on nutrition estimates or patterns it shows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Trademarks

Zepbound and Mounjaro are trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. Ozempic and Wegovy are trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. All other brand names belong to their respective owners. Glutide is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
